Good but a little basic, and no sound control

Great interface, but a little too basic. The multiple choice feature should have difficultly settings. If the bone is part of the skull and three of the options are foot bones, I dont really need to know the skull bone in order to get that question right. Also, there is no way to silence the bell for correct answers. Not really convenient if I dont want to keep my phone on silent.
